How we use the details you send us, and how to ask us to remove them.
This policy covers www.thepunjabschool.com, the website of the Defence Road and Jubilee Town campuses of The Punjab School, Lahore, and the admission forms we use on Facebook. Questions about it can be sent to [email protected] or asked on 0300-8917888.
What we collect
- Admission enquiries (the online application on this website and our Facebook admission form): the parent’s name, phone number and email if given, the child’s name, class, date of birth if given, whether the child is a boy or a girl, the area you live in, the child’s current school and any message you write.
- Job applications (careers page): your name, phone number, email, subject, level, qualification, experience, preferred campus, message and the CV you attach.
- Calls, visits and WhatsApp messages about admission: our admission officers note the same details as the online form.
- Website visits: we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It uses cookies and collects information such as the pages viewed, the type of device and the approximate location. It does not tell us who you are.
Why we use it
- To answer your admission enquiry, arrange a campus visit, registration and the admission test, and follow up with you during the admission season.
- To tell parents who enquired about the next admission season, for example when registration opens. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To consider job applications and contact shortlisted teachers.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
Who sees it
Admission enquiries are kept in the school’s own admission records and are seen by our admission officers and the school management. Job applications are seen by the school management. We do not sell your details or give them to other organisations for their own use. Our website host, our email provider, Google (for analytics) and Meta (for enquiries made through our Facebook form) process data on our behalf as part of providing their services.
How long we keep it
Admission enquiries are kept for up to three admission seasons, so we can tell you when registration opens again. Job applications are kept for up to one year. Details of children who join the school become part of their school record.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, correct them or delete them, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. Email [email protected] or call 0300-8917888 and we will do it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Children
Our forms are meant to be filled in by parents or guardians, not by children.

If we change this policy we will update this page. Last updated: October 2026.
